Hinge Replacement Works following service Recommendation

Today we have been and replaced the hinge eyes on a gate system in Mitcham on behalf of Littlewood fencing. These hinge eyes were picked up on a call out and service we did as the gate was hitting part of the ground stop before if was fully closed.

We have installed new hinge eyes and have increased the diameter of the bolt eye to help increase the life of the new eyes. What was a hinge eye for a 19mm pin had quite the deformity to them. this allowed gate to hit part of the ground stop. We have centered the gates in the opening now and re-levelled them and now they are running smooth and as intended without any unnecessary movement on the hinge pins.

First picture below shows the condition of the old hinges compared to the replacements installed today in the remainder pictures.
